WHAT HAPPENS?
This two-part workshop series - led by Ruth Ibegbuna and Wiebke Acton - is designed to celebrate, ground, and empower women. Through self-reflection, uplifting conversations, creative writing, and performance techniques, Ruth & Wiebke will create a space where women can laugh and cry, rant and rest, question and play.
Ruth will guide you on a journey of acceptance. Working with individual vision statements, you’ll explore who you are, what matters to you, and how to stand more confidently in yourself.
Building on this, Wiebke will lead active games and playful performance exercises that help you experience these insights—bringing them out of your head and into your body.
Participants must attend both sessions.
